- Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated EASA Part 66 B1 Licensed Engineer with A320 CFM56 & V2500 type ratings to join our client’s Line Maintenance team on a contract basis.
As a Licensed Engineer, you will be responsible for the certification & safety of our client’s aircraft, performing Line Maintenance up to A Check on both days and nights.
This contract will be based in South America for the winter season and Europe for the summer season.
Responsibilities:
- Certify work on our customers’ aircraft & engines
- Troubleshoot defects & deal efficiently with recurring & deferred defects
- Work with the LMM & MM to provide a high standard of Quality and safety
- Accept Parts into stores according to your approval document & MOE
- Fly on our customers’ aircraft from time to time as a flight mechanic
- Ensure the premises & equipment are maintained to a high standard
Requirements:
- Hold a valid EASA Part 66 B1 Aircraft Engineers License
- Type Rated on A320 with V2500 & PW1100 Engines
- Have valid type training certificates
- 6 months relevant experience in the last 2 years on A320 or a similar type
- Personal experience logbook signed by QA to verify recency
- Quality statements & references confirming experience on type
- Valid HF, FTS and EWIS certificates
- Familiar with AMOS & Microsoft Office
- Essential to be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Passport or EU-issued ID Card
- The right to work in the EU
- Have your own personal toolbox
Contract Terms:
- The duration of the contract is 12 months
- Expected Start in October 2023
- Shift Pattern is 14 on, 14 off working days and nights
- Working Hours are 12 hours per shift per shift
- Pay is a daily fixed rate
- Flights are provided for every shift rotation to your nearest international airport
- Accommodation is provided
- Local transport is provided
