- Overview:
If you have an EASA Part 66 B1 License with an A320 CEO or NEO-type rating, and you enjoy helping others learn and grow, we have an opportunity for you. We are looking for experienced, skilled, and motivated engineers who can mentor new and less experienced maintenance staff in a busy-line maintenance environment. The contract is for 24 months renewable.
As a mentor, you will share your experience and knowledge helping achieve high standards of safety and efficiency on a busy line station. You will also certify and ensure the safety of our client’s aircraft by performing Line Maintenance up to A Check. This contract position starts in October/November 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide trainees, and less experienced maintenance staff
- Certify work on our customers’ aircraft & engines
- Troubleshoot defects & deal efficiently with recurring & deferred defects
- Work with the LMM & MM to provide a high standard of Quality and safety
- Accept Parts into stores according to your approval document & MOE
- Fly on our customers’ aircraft from time to time as a flight mechanic
- Ensure the premises & equipment are maintained to a high standard
Requirements:
- Hold a valid EASA Part 66 B1 Aircraft Engineers License
- Type Rated on A320 with CEO or NEO Engines
- Have valid type training certificates
- 6 months relevant experience in the last 2 years on A320 or a similar type
- Personal experience logbook signed by QA to verify recency
- Quality statements & references confirming experience on type
- Valid HF, FTS and EWIS certificates
- Have experience of managing and guiding teams (not essential but preferable)
- Have in depth knowledge of the A320 aircraft
- Be very experienced in a busy Line Maintenance environment
- Familiar with AMOS & Microsoft Office
- Essential to be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Passport or EU-issued ID Card
- The right to work in the EU
- Have your own personal toolbox

Contract Terms:
- Duration of the contract is 24 months renewable
- Expected Start is October/November 2023
- Shift Pattern is negotiable
- Working Hours are 10 hours per shift – O/T when required
- The pay rate is not set and will be discussed with suitable applicants.
- Flights are provided for every shift rotation
